Newbie on Myspace, please help?

Hey, so I finally succumbed to the online social madness of Myspace. Im thinking of opening an account with a page layout that doesnt really permit others to be all over your comments and friends and at the same time be really cool and flashy. Where can I find those types of layouts? Or any other type of cool layout and backgrounds?
