We seem to live in a society that caters to children and old people. What about me?

I pay an exhorbitant amount for social security, taxes for schools when I have no children, and support welfare mothers. Do we 30 – something professional types support the whole universe? When will the friggin’ madness stop?

Whenever you stop thinking you’re completely isolated.

it started when you stopped being a child, and will end when you turn very old. that’s the way of human life

Children cannot take care of themselves. See if you ask the same question when you are old and frail, and have no one to care for you. I know two little old ladies-around 100 years old-who are in this situation.

Get off your high horse already. Were you never a child and unless god has a different plan will you not grow old. I mean come on we all do our part no matter how unfair it seems at the time.

Your school taxes are also a pay-back, silly. You attended school at one time, didn’t you?! The 30-somethings back then paid their taxes without grumbling so that YOU could attend school, you selfish idiot. You pay social security so that, when you’re old, you have income. Your selfish attitude sounds like you are thinking of life in the present so you probably will need social security to cover your a– after you’ve spent your 401
